In the news: Free £10k loans for 'green' homes

From the Scottish Govt. website  today:

“Homeowners in Scotland will be able to borrow up to £10,000 interest free in order to improve energy efficiency. The Scottish government has made £2m for measures such as better insulation, more efficient boilers or small renewable energy systems.”  More on the BBC news website.

This is only a pilot and it is not yet clear who will be able to access these loans.  In the meantime, BeGreen are about to launch their own interest free loan scheme -initially offerring up to £1000 interest free for measures approved by one of our energy auditors.  Contact BeGreen for more information.
