At the meeting held 6 September in the library I spoke to Sue Guy and booked a table (near a plug) for the ‘Gathering In’ event on behalf of the Dunbar Sewing Circle. Are there any details now available e.g. size of table, whether panels or hanging facility (for quilt) provided, timing for set up etc.?

The size of table for groups and organisation setting up in the main hall are 2′x6′. As we discussed – the sewing circle will be located near a plug. You will need to bring your own hanging facility (you will have wall space but not easy to hang a quilt on).
Regading set up time. We are asking all exhibitors to be set up and ready by 10:30 (hall open for you to set up from 8am). The event opens to the public at 11am and finishes 4pm.
