BeGreen and Sustaining Dunbar are sponsoring  a Harvest ceilidh at Hallhill on Saturday 30 October 7.30pm -11.30pm.Tickets will be on sale at the end of September. In the meantime please put the date in your diary and dig out your dancing shoes for the Little Biggar band.

“Gathering In” Local market

[ October 31, 2010; ] Plans for the “Gathering In” local market event at Hallhill on Sunday 31October are taking shape. The event will run from 11am- 16.00pm. Entry is free.  There will be:

Energy Savings Trust Renewable grant scheme closes

 As a result of  the popularity of the Energy Saving Scotland home renewables grant scheme and the high  demand, the scheme has closed to all new applications.
The Energy Savings Trust (EST) have advised that anyone applying for a grant before at 5.30pm on Friday 23rd July 2010 will be put on a waiting list. [...]
